POLICIES AND REMINDERS Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup on the day of your appointment. Schedule infills every 2-3 weeks to maintain the best results. For Base Fills, at least 50% of your extensions must remain. If less than 50% remain, please schedule an Ultimate Fill. Unsure which fill is right for you? Send a photo, and I’ll advise on the best option. If it has been 28 days or more since your last appointment, it will be considered a full set. If you experience excessive fallout or any issues with your lashes, contact me within 72 hours of your appointment for a free touch-up. If you are feeling unwell or showing any signs of illness, we will need to reschedule your appointment for both of our safety. For safety and sanitation reasons, children under the age of 13 are not allowed at your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that notice be given at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If you reschedule before the 24 hour timeframe, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment. If you cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. Arriving late will reduce your appointment time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, the appointment will be canceled. **No Refund Policy** Please be advised that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. **No-Show Policy** If an appointment is missed without prior notice, a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
